Welcome to RestEasy Bloom, your trusted floral gravesite delivery service. By subscribing to our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before subscribing.

1. Service Overview

RestEasy Bloom provides a subscription-based service delivering farm-fresh flowers sourced from local farmers' markets or directly from farms to gravesites on a scheduled basis. Flowers are selected based on availability, with an emphasis on bright, full bouquets. While we do not offer custom floral arrangements, we strive to honor color preferences based on what is available at the market.

2. Subscription Plans and Delivery Schedule

Subscribers can choose from the following delivery options: Monthly Subscription: Regular delivery of flowers to the selected gravesite(s) once per month. Bi-Monthly Subscription: Deliveries are made twice a month.

Deliveries are made on select Saturdays between June and November. For more details on specific delivery dates, please refer to our [2025 Delivery Schedule]. While we do our best to adhere to this schedule, unexpected changes may occur due to weather conditions or other factors. Rest assured, we will promptly communicate any changes to you.

3. Subscription Fees and Billing

Subscription fees vary depending on the package selected. Fees are billed either monthly or seasonally, depending on your chosen payment plan. Payments are automatically charged to the payment method provided at the start of your subscription. By subscribing, you authorize RestEasy Bloom to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the subscription plan selected. If payment is not successfully processed due to expiration, insufficient funds, or other issues, we will attempt to notify you and pause deliveries until the issue is resolved.

4. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription anytime between November 1 and May 15, which is outside of our delivery season. Please note that your deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations outside of this period may result in continued deliveries and billing, as we have limited capacity and often turn away other business to accommodate your subscription. We kindly ask for your understanding, as our planning and resources are committed well in advance to ensure the best possible service.

5. Delivery Process

Deliveries will be made to the gravesite on select Saturdays in June through Mid-October. In the event of extreme weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to reschedule deliveries and will notify you of any such changes. 6. Flower Sourcing and Availability

Our flowers are sourced from local farmers' markets and farms. The selection of flowers will vary depending on seasonal availability and farm production. While we aim to accommodate color preferences, RestEasy Bloom does not offer custom bouquets. Substitutions may be necessary based on availability, and we guarantee that all substitutions will be of equal or greater value.

7. Product Issue Policy

In the event that you are dissatisfied with a delivery due to quality concerns or other issues, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will review your concern and, at our discretion, may offer a partial credit toward future deliveries or a replacement bouquet on the next available delivery date. This is done on a case-by-case basis.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Limitations of Liability

RestEasy Bloom will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use the service. In the event that RestEasy Bloom is found liable for any claim, the maximum amount of damages will be limited to the subscription fee paid by the subscriber.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which RestEasy Bloom operates. Any legal proceedings related to these Terms and Conditions must be brought in the appropriate court of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

RestEasy Bloom reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the service after such notification will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
